Lena Streitwieser is a filmmaker, writer, and singer based in New York City. A recent Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Dual BA program with Trinity College Dublin and Columbia University, with a major in Film and minor in Music, she has been inspired by her studies to publish analytical articles and film reviews (see "Other Work"). Her short films have won her "Best Director" accolades in festivals from California to Japan. She has directed for Pennies Pictures, LLC, an independent film company based in Washington, D.C., founded by her mom, writer and journalist Mary Beth Warner. With her ninth short film "SOLO" currently in post-production and her first original musical, Eden Goes Home, in the works, she is excited to continue collaborating artistically and sharing her lens of life with the world.
